How we handle the information you send us.
This notice covers the two forms on this website: the contact form and the appointment request form. It explains what they collect, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to ask us to delete it.
Please do not send medical details through this website
The forms ask why you would like to be seen so that reception can direct your request. Please keep that brief. Do not send test results, diagnoses, medication lists, or other medical records through this website. Bring them to your appointment, or call the clinic on +677 23130.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. This website does not ask for, and cannot accept, payment details or identity documents.
Contact form
- Your name, and your email address or phone number (at least one, so we can reply)
- The subject you select, if any
- Your message
Appointment request form
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to give one
- The clinic, service, and date and time you prefer
- The reason for your visit, if you give one
Protection against automated submissions
Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.
How your message reaches us
This website runs on Cloudflare, which handles your message only for the moment it takes to check it and pass it on, and keeps no copy. When you send a form, the website passes your message to Brevo, an email delivery service, which delivers it to the clinic’s mailbox at hello@ecall.com.sb. Brevo processes what you typed in order to deliver it and keeps a record of each message for a limited period, after which it is deleted from their systems. Brevo stores data in the European Union. The clinic’s mailbox is provided by Zoho, with data held in Australia. Your message therefore leaves Solomon Islands in transit and in storage.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment. Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking — reception will contact you to confirm. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Who can see it
Clinic staff can see the submissions in order to respond to them. Please keep this in mind when deciding how much detail to include.
How long we keep it
Your message arrives in the clinic’s mailbox and stays there while reception deals with it and afterwards, as clinic correspondence. It is deleted when you ask us to delete it, or when the clinic clears old mail.
We would rather say this plainly than imply your information disappears on its own. It does not.
Where it is stored
Your message is held in the clinic’s email mailbox, hosted by Zoho in Australia, and for a limited period in the delivery records of Brevo in the European Union. If that changes, we will update this notice.
Asking us to delete your information
Email hello@ecall.com.sb and ask us to delete what you have sent. Tell us the email address or phone number you used so we can find it. You can also ask us what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
Deleting a website submission does not remove your clinical record if you have been treated at one of our clinics. Medical records are held separately and are subject to different rules — ask at reception about those.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It carries no advertising trackers and no social media trackers.
We measure how many people visit and how quickly pages load, using a service that counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. It records things like the page visited, the type of device, and the country — not your name, and not anything you type into a form.
This measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle your information changes, this page changes with it.
